Cancellation Policy

I charge a 50% cancellation fee for cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. I understand things happen but please let me know at least 48-72 hours before your scheduled appointment as I have to purchase product and color for each one of my clients before their appointment. If you no call no show the day of your appointment you will be charged 100% of your service. I do not offer refunds, only adjustments. Deposits are non refundable.
